Air Compressor Air Dryer Manufacturer
The refrigerated dryer is based on the principle of freezing and dehumidification, forcibly cooling the compressed air containing a large amount of saturated water vapor, and reducing the temperature of the compressed air while keeping the compressed air pressure basically unchanged, so that a large amount of water vapor in the compressed air is reduced. It is in a supersaturated state, and in the saturated state, the water vapor condenses into liquid water droplets, entraining dust, and the water and dust are separated by the steam-water separation device and discharged through the automatic drain, so as to achieve the purpose of freezing and dehumidification.

Advantages Of Refrigeration Dryers
1. Adopt an energy recovery device, three heat exchange treatments, effective energy saving, save energy by more than 25% compared with similar products under standard working conditions;
2. The evaporator has a good effect. Under normal circumstances, the larger the processing capacity, the more stable the cooling effect;
3. The two-stage high-efficiency separator can eliminate more than 99% of the condensed water, has the effect of complete gas-liquid separation, avoids the secondary evaporation of water, and ensures the drying effect of the refrigerated dryer. Equipped with an electronic drain, which reliably removes condensed water from the machine without causing airflow loss;
4. The refrigeration compressor is equipped with a secondary condensation function, which enables the unit to maintain a stable and consistent outlet dew point of +2~+10C under various operating conditions. Stable operation of refrigeration compressor; low noise, reliable performance, power saving, and long service life;
5. The condensed gas is made of high-quality copper tubes with a high heat transfer coefficients, so it is small in size and compact in structure.
Air Dryer System Flow Chart
Low energy consumption and low pressure drop minimize operating costs and are highly energy efficient. The gas-to-gas full heat exchanger (precooling/reheater) removes half of the heat load from the input air, thereby minimizing the refrigeration system and power consumption, ensuring adequate cooling and no condensation in the downstream piping. The refrigerant multi-channel design scheme can maximize the refrigerating capacity and ensure that the evaporator is frost-free.
The main function of an air compressor air dryer is to remove moisture from the air by cooling it with refrigerant. And then the water is condensed, and the air can be compressed. The result is dry compressed air, which can be used in compressed air equipment without causing any damage.

Working principle and advantages of the refrigerated dryer
Compressed air drying is the last resort in compressed air treatment. Generally speaking, the compressed air from the air compressor is always in a saturated state. During the process of transportation and use, as the ambient temperature decreases, liquid moisture will continue to condense out. The existence of condensed water will affect the operation and maintenance of the pneumatic system. The quality of product craftsmanship brings great trouble. We can use gas-liquid separation and filtration technology to eliminate the liquid moisture in the compressed air, but the gaseous water (water vapor) in the air is helpless, so a compressed air dryer is needed to achieve the goal.
The most widely used in industry are refrigerated air dryers and adsorption dryers. refrigerated compressed air dryers and adsorption dryers are the two main pieces of equipment in the field of air purification.
The principle of compressed air freeze-drying: freezing and dehydration are one of the main methods of compressed air drying. The principle is that when the pressure remains constant and the temperature drops, the moisture content in the humid air decreases.
The refrigerated dryer is the most widely used compressed air water removal equipment. The cold dryer uses refrigeration technology to rapidly reduce the temperature of the compressed air entering the dryer with saturated moisture content, forcing most of the water vapor (and part of the oil vapor) to condense into liquid water (oil), which is separated from the air and then compressed The air is returned to a higher temperature to reduce its relative humidity before being transported to the downstream gas equipment.
In the compressed air refrigerated dryer (refrigerated dryer), the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator is the low-temperature center, which transfers the cold energy to the compressed air through the heat transfer through the partition wall to make it condense and condense. Since the compressed air is always saturated in the evaporator, the condensed water will be continuously precipitated during the circulation process, and its dew point will also drop-the limit is the freezing point of water.
Due to the limitation of the freezing point, the refrigeration system of the refrigerated dryer (refrigerated dryer) cannot be set as low as the refrigerator, which limits the further decrease of the dew point of the compressed air, so the compressed air dried by the refrigerated dryer (refrigerated dryer) Dew point is limited. They are all above zero, and most of them use 2-10°C as a sign of their purification efficiency.
Compressed refrigerated air dryer features:
1. During the transmission process, as long as the ambient temperature is not lower than the air online pressure dew point (generally 2°C ~ 10°C), and the compressed air use environment is not lower than its corresponding atmospheric pressure dew point (generally -17°C ~ -23°C) ℃), no matter the transmission process or the use process, there will be no condensed water re-precipitating from the pipeline or pneumatic equipment; because the compressed air undergoes secondary temperature recovery in the machine, the actual temperature of the compressed air during transmission is much higher than the dew point, a relatively modest reduction (<40%) of product air in the pipe;
2. The solid particles mixed in the compressed air act as condensation nuclei in the process of water vapor condensation, and will be discharged out of the machine together with the condensate, which means that the freeze dryer has a “self-purification effect” on solid substances, so it has no effect on the intake air. The requirements for pretreatment are not high, and there is no possibility of secondary pollution in the process, which is an advantage that some other drying methods (adsorption, absorption) do not have;
3. The circulation resistance of the refrigerated dryer is smaller than that of the filter with the same flow rate, and it is not larger than that of the adsorption dryer, and it can remain stable for a long time;
4. The operating energy consumption of the refrigerated dryer is compatible with the dew point it handles, which is lower than that of the adsorption drying method of the same specification;
5. There are basically no consumable parts in the refrigerated dryer, and its main life depends mainly on the quality of the parts used;
6. Compared with the adsorption dryer of the same specification, the cold dryer has a small size, so the processing capacity of a single machine can be made large, and the price of the whole machine is relatively low.
